Job Description
- Responsible for assisting in deployment (i.e. installation and fitting jobs) and servicing of photocopier and printers to/at customer\'s site(s).
- Provides technical advice and guidance to customer related to the photocopier machines.
- Provides advices to subordinates on the machine condition and necessary corrective action to be taken.
- Able to understand technical manual and instructions in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Assist in trouble-shooting the photocopier machine\'s malfunction and establishes corrective action to be taken.
- To keep all photocopier machines clean and orderly.
