is currently looking for experienced Rigger.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to pigging, cleaning, launching, and receiving operations. Coordinate with Field Engineers, operators, and subcontractors to ensure activities are executed as planned. Ensure work areas around launcher and receiver stations are properly prepared and controlled.

Rigging & Lifting Operations

Perform and supervise rigging, lifting, and positioning of pipeline tools, pigs, barrels, and ancillary equipment. Inspect and verify lifting gear (slings, shackles, spreader bars, cranes, forklifts) prior to use. Ensure all lifting operations follow approved lifting plans and method statements. Act as a banksman / signalman during crane operations.

HSE Responsibilities

Enforce compliance with HSE rules, PTW systems, and site safety procedures. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure crew adherence to Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments. Identify unsafe acts/conditions and stop work if necessary. Ensure proper use of PPE and housekeeping at site.

Equipment Handling & Housekeeping

Ensure correct handling, cleaning, and storage of pipeline tools, pigging equipment, and tracking systems. Support mobilization and demobilization of equipment. Maintain site housekeeping and ensure work areas are left safe and clean after operations.

Documentation & Reporting

Assist in completing daily site reports, lifting checklists, and equipment inspection records. Report incidents, near misses, and equipment issues to the Field Engineer or Project Manager.
Requirement:

Technical Certificate or relevant trade qualification More than 3 years experience in pipeline inspection services & Oil and Gas industry. ILI knowledge will be added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
