Shall have minimum SPM or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7 Shall possess Rigging and Slinging certificates confirming to a recognised Rigging Training course attendance for Riggers. \xef\x82\xb7 Shall possess Scaffolding supervisor certificates from a recognised Scaffolding Training Centre for Scaffolders. \xef\x82\xb7 Must have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 post training experience in their respective trades in which 2 years is at a foreman level. The Rigger Foreman shall be a Malaysian.
