Job Description

This role provides Service Delivery management and risk and control support to various Technology Infrastructure core functions within Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various technology teams to prepare KPIs presentation deck and attend service review meeting with businesses.
• Keep track and work with respective technology infrastructure record owners to perform records maintenance for technology infrastructure Malaysia according to Citi record management standards and procedures.
• Work with technology infrastructure vendors to monitor the SLAs and provide management reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, sourcing team and technology infrastructure contract owners for contract creation, renewal, and termination.
• Assist Technology Risk Manager to coordinate with respective technology infrastructure units to collect, consolidate, review control assessment evident for monthly and quarterly submission.
• Track and coordinate with technology infrastructure operational teams and regional ISO team to update and review process control manual according to the Citi and ISO standards.
• Work with various technology teams to obtain monthly, quarterly, and yearly technology Key Risk Indicator value and perform review with technology risk manager and technology head for regulatory reporting submission.
• Support Technology risk Manager to conduct third party management oversight and monitoring, such as on-going monitoring task, SLA monitoring and control assessment submission.
• Support Technology Risk Manager on all third-party management program including completion of cross border and outsourcing review of any new global / regional technology initiatives that impact Malaysia.
• Provide financial management support to the team

Requirements:

• 2 years working experience in IT and Financial Institute
• Experience in IT risk and control
• Productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel functionalities
• Degree in IT or any equivalent
• Professional certificates in IT / Risk Management
• Competencies (soft skills you are looking for in a candidate)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently to complete tasks assigned from supervisor.
• Good coordination skill and able to coordinate between various teams to deliver expectations.
