The Risk & Commercial Finance Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, commercial analysis, and enterprise risk governance. This role ensures sound financial control, optimises trading and operational economics, and safeguards the organisation's commercial integrity through effective risk management frameworks. The incumbent will provide strategic financial insight to the leadership team, ensuring that all commercial decisions are data-driven, financially viable, and aligned with the organisation's growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
12-18 years of experience in financial management, commercial finance, or risk management within the oil, gas, petrochemical, or commodities trading sectors.
Strong knowledge of financial modelling, derivatives, and trading economics.
Proven experience in building and implementing enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
Familiarity with take-or-pay, supply-or-pay, and other long-term contractual structures.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
