Responsibilities

• End-to-end fraud investigation, chargeback disputes, fraud escalations and beyond according to business requirements
• Conduct complex fraud investigations to identify patterns and fraud trends globally
• Gather evidence of fraudulent behaviours to challenge chargeback disputes
• Review and respond to ticket escalations within the SLA
• Proactively identify emerging trends or control issues where applicable to effectively escalate, manage, and report with transparency

Requirements

• At least 2 years previous fraud or similar functional experience within banking, fintech, or payments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to Payments / Fraud / Risk / Cybersecurity
• Consistent good written and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with peers
• Working proficiency in dispute management, evidence templating etc
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and highly adaptable
• Ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends through data analysis
• SQL query knowledge is a plus
