Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 -5 years\' experience in construction/engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and industry-specific safety standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak.

• Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments workshop for identifying potential operational, technical, financial, and compliance risk
• Mitigation and Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust riskmitigation strategies and plans, ensuring they are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, maintaining a focus on environmental, safety, and legal aspects.
• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with riskmanager, project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to embed risk management practices in all project phases.
• RiskReporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed risk reports, maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and incident responses.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams in riskmanagement principles and practices.
• Continuous Monitoring: Regularly monitor and review project riskenvironments, adapting strategies as necessary to address emerging risk
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, about riskmanagement issues and strategies.

• Salary Range: From RM 2500.00 (Subject to work experience with the relevant field)
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Medical & Annual Leave

• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
