Job Description

Assist in monitoring ERM/BCM system and ongoing BCP & ERM exercise/projectsAssist in collection of required risk, business continuity and compliance data/input from respective stakeholders periodically or as and when necessaryAssist the team to coordinate training and organizing awareness programs.Assist in maintaining accurate and organized filing systems, including incident reports, and correspondences.Assist to coordinate and update all relevant stakeholders on the on-going activities and updates with respect to Group Risk operations .Facilitate sharing of risk management best practice across the organization.Coordinate and assist in the facilitation of ERM & BCM workshops, presentations, minutes and reporting.Coordinate and manage administrative matters for the departmentAny related jobs assigned by superiorRequirementsHave at least 1 to 2 years working experience in corporate comms, risk management or business continuity management.Experience with doing presentations, reports and minutes (Google dashboard knowledge is an added advantage).Well-versed in the functions of Microsoft Office or Google Suite programs (PowerPoint and Google slides knowledge is required).Good command in all 4 skills of English.Bachelor or equivalent in any discipline.
