LocationMalaysia - Kuala Lumpur The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. :

• Overseeing both teams (Risk PMO & External Relations) in order to ensure completion of Risk Management initiatives in a timely manner
• Consistently assessing and monitoring risks together with practical mitigation strategies within Shopee Xpress
• Provide strategies and suggestions in managing risk related issues in Shopee Xpress
• Liaising with different teams across all functions (eg. operations, legal, asset management, fleet management, HR & etc.) to monitor and update potential operational risk exposures
• Setting up processes, SOP & guidelines in relation to risk management operational function

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree and above
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in risk management / compliance / law enforcement
• Experienced leader and able to manage a team effectively
• Great communication skills and be able to work with different stakeholders
• Strong analytical / problem-solving abilities and attention to details
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
