Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the overall compliance and risk management frameworks.
Provide compliance and risk advisory support to senior management and relevant departments.
Coordinate audits, inspections, and communication with regulatory authorities including SC, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
Manage compliance-related incidents, investigations, and reporting of breaches or potential breaches.
Develop and execute compliance awareness and training programs to reinforce the organization's compliance culture.
Ensure adherence to data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Assist in organizing and coordinating Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Finance/Accountancy, or any other related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, or compliance functions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with senior management and Board of Directors.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Familiar with risk management, business processes, and compliance reporting practices
