Develop, implement, and maintain the company's risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Identify potential financial, operational, and project-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to senior management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate risk standards.
Monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks across the organization.
Prepare and present risk reports, analysis, and recommendations to management and the Board.
Support the implementation of internal controls and audit recommendations.
Promote a strong risk awareness culture throughout the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills when keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Familiar with ISO risk management standards and corporate governance practices.
