We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) , delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaQualifications: Bachelor or Masters in Chemical Engineering / Process Safety or equivalentYears of Experience: 5 years of proven experience in preparing complex technical safety studies for Oil and Gas projects (Onshore & Offshore)Field of experience: Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical SectorsSkills: Strong Interpersonal Skills with good verbal & written communication in EnglishProject Management: Capable to handle, lead/manage and execute Onshore and Offshore QRA and Safety Studies independentlySoftware Skills: Must have proven hand on experience in the following software, as a minimum: PHAST/SAFETI, Bow-tie XP or THESIS , FLARESIMRoles & ResponsibilityThe Risk & Safety Engineer will be Involved in managing and executing technical studies for various projects within the field of competencies as detailed below:

• Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
• Consequence Modeling/ Fire Risk Assessment Studies (FERA)
• Building Risk Assessment (BRA)
• Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA)
• Flare Radiation & Dispersion Analysis
• ALARP Study
• COMAH/Safety Case Studies
• PHA/ Bow-tie Analysis (would be an advantage)
• 3D F&G Mapping Studies (would be an advantage)
• Dropped Object Studies (would be an advantage)
• Emergency Systems Survivability Analysis (ESSA) (would be an advantage)
