Job Responsibility Handle daily operations of general secretarial duties and provide administrative support on official and personal affairs to EVP. Organize and manage confidential documents, and correspondence, record and maintain and organize filing for smooth days retrieving. Facilitate communications with members, regulators, stakeholders, and external parties. Liaise with accountants, auditors, bankers, and any other professionals in coordinating the efficient and timely flow of information and documents. Job Requirements Min 3 years in banking/finance or investment company. Experience in investment banking or M&A Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong project management skills with the ability to perform well under pressure. Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-oriented work approach. Qualities of being a team player. Good to have an interest in the investment/ capital market. Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is required for this role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Have no issue to based at KL.
