  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations and sales, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial / management role. Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • A strong network among local & foreign businesses is an added advantage.
  • High integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Operations and Production Management:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Oversee the manufacturing processes, optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the branch.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the branch budget, monitoring expenses and meeting financial targets.
  • Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
