Job Description

• At least 15 years of relevant experience including leading a Finance Department
• Prefer construction/ building material background, open for big 4 candidates, manufacturing, heavy industry.
• Focus on Bursa reporting, finance reporting, compiling and presentation to the stakeholders. Prefer someone with extensive years working in PLC.
• Display and possess a high level of integrity
• Commitment to good governance
• Well versed in commercial transactions, MFRS and local tax requirements
• Has a natural attention to detail and accuracy
• Energetic, insightful with strong influencing traits and a good team playeer
• Languages: Mandarin and English
• Have no issue to base in Bukit Raja, Klang

• Manage/establish the strict compliance of internal control policies & procedures
• Supervise the accurate and timely preparation of monthly results and the quarterly board papers submission including preparation of the annual statutory accounts
• Lead compliance with MFRS, Bursa, SC and other regulatory requirements
• Meet all other A&F\'s internal and external reporting requirements within set deadlines
• Review inputs from A&F for monthly forecast and annual budgets
• Review of monthly Group\'s tax and ensure timely compliance & submission
• Control the group\'s working capital and manage group\'s cashflow forecasts
• Execute new funding requirements
• Manage FX risks and exposure
• Oversee Group\'s Insurance portfolio, ensuring adequacy of coverage at competitive rates
• Lead the liaison with auditors, company secretary, lawyers, tax agents and banks
• Main liaison with statutory and other authorities
• Lead the maintenance of record keeping in line with internal & external requirements
• Work with Managing Director and Heads of Departments on any ad-hoc business projects
• Interact actively with Heads of Departments or Managers in providing Finance related advice

• Salary up to RM 16,000 Basic .
• Accounting system: Dynamic AX
• 2 rounds of interviews: Finance Director then CEO; physical interview.
• Flexi check in time but fully work in the office
• 13 months salary
