Job Responsibility Prospect and identify new Business Associates and Affiliates by utilizing various lead generation techniques Conduct phone and email outreach to potential candidates to introduce our company and business opportunities Host regular online and in-person events to engage, train and motivate Business Associates and Affiliates Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to Business Associates and Affiliates to ensure their success Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our RM system Job Requirements Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (Read, Speak and Write) Location: 25, Jalan 7/15, Bandar Puteri, 47100, Puchong, Selangor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, recruitment, or network marketing preferred Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with RM systems Job Benifits Compensation package Training development opportunities EPF & SOCSO Dynamic work environment
