- Minimum SPM level and above or Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Fluent in Traditional Mandarin (verbal, written and type)
- Knowledge of English is required for this role
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Willing to commit on 5.5 days work per week (with rotational offday)
- Willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
- Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
- Preferable to start working on 07 August 2024
- Handle daily inbound call, email and live chat
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate channel
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
- 1 month training with salary provided
- Comfortable work environment
- Facilities: Pantry, Rest and Relax Zone
- FREE Scheduled shutter van provided (Office - LRT - Office)
