Job Responsibility To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including e-mail and telephone inquiries. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office Organizing and maintaining files and records Compile monthly claims from various managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries. Updating information, payment, and sorting out expenses. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations Making travel and guest arrangements Providing quality customer service Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing Support the accountant for some basic administrative tasks Job Requirements Proficiency in English and Mandarin. A minimum of 1 years of working experience in the related field Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality Able to work independently & multi-task Possess own transport Good at math Candidate must possess at least O level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A Level/ Pre-U, Diploma, Advances/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, or any field.
