At least a Diploma in human resources management or related course.
Prior experience in a recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint

Responsible for recruitment for positions that are assigned by superiors.
Job advertisement drafting, posting, prescreening interview, and interview arrangement with related
department head.
Responsible for new hire on-boarding related matters, arrangement, and related forms filling.
Responsible for corporate social responsibilities activities.
Assist in checking employees\' attendance, verifying overtime, and leave applications.
Coordinate with Admin Executive for employees\' activities such as annual trips, annual dinners, gathering etc.
Proper filing for all HR-related documents.
