- 2 years and above experience in kitchen management
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Have own transportation and no issue to work at Sunway Pyramid
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Be familiar with the standardization and normalization of hot pot restaurant dishes, and control kitchen costs and food;
- Carry out daily management of kitchen personnel, and conduct good control over employee scheduling and attendance;
- Guide the proper maintenance, use and replacement of food and beverage service equipment;
- Provide technical advice on problems arising in food quality control;
- Be able to provide professional training for hot pot restaurant back kitchen positions.
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of various kitchen equipment.
- Be familiar with the characteristics and usage of raw materials in hot pot restaurants, and be proficient in plate styles.
- Have good communication skills and learning ability.
- Arrange the order quantity reasonably and take stock inventory
- EPF SOCSO EIS etc;
- Free Meal & Hostel(If dont need Hostel will provide Travel Allowance)
- Insurance (After 1 Year working)
- OT (Normal 1.5 & PH 3.0)
- Incentive Allowance (exceeding the target amount)
- Salary up to RM 3,300 Basic
- Working Location: Sunway Pyramid
