Requirements

• Language proficiency: At least fluent (speak & write) in Mandarin and English
• Knowledge in RM software- HubSpot will be an advantage
• Experience in Retail Environment
• Technology Savvy people
• Open-minded, proactive, flexible and self-motivated
• Positive energy, go challenging!!
• Possess at least 1 year of customer relation management experience

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service to customer via phone. This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
• Maintain related showroom/ warehouse order fulfilment system
• On-time Customer Service Form sending & follow-up. Attend to customers\' inquiry and provide timely support whenever required
• Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality - keeping customers\' information confidential at all times.
• Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally
• Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure progress and smoother flow of operation.
• Documentation handling & filing
