Language proficiency: At least fluent (speak & write) in Mandarin and English

Delivering excellent customer service to customer via phone. This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
Maintain related showroom/ warehouse order fulfilment system
On-time Customer Service Form sending & follow-up. Attend to customers\' inquiry and provide timely support whenever required
Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality - keeping customers\' information confidential at all times.
Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally
Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure progress and smoother flow of operation.
