• Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine is preferred.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork.
• Advantage of having team management skill.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.
• No specific education level required.
• Required language(s): English / Mandarin
• Working hour: 45 working hours per week
• Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day
• Service tips sharing among the team

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly.
• Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.
• Monitor and control business\'s operation.
• Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.
• Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.
• Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
• Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events
