  • SPM qualification or fresh graduates (SPM: min 3 years of customer service experiences; Diploma: min 1 year of customer service experience; Degree/above: 0 experience )
  • High proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)
  • Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
  • Have no issue to based at Kuala Lumpur Office, Malaysia
  • Able to start working on 29 March 2023
Tanggungjawab
  • Need to handle live chat, email and outbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
  • Passionate and ability to use positive language in handling customers\' issues and complaints whenever necessary.
  • Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
  • Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 basic (min) + RM 500 Fixed Complexity Allowance + KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance
