Requirements

• Candidate must be a Diploma or Degree Holder in any discipline.a
• Proven experience in business management, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Superior understanding of food and beverage service and production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
• Plan and update the menu, considering customer preferences and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Set sales targets and work towards achieving them and upsell products and services to increase revenue.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and advance in their careers.

• Salary: RM 2,500 - 4,000 (Subject to work experience and interview performance)
