Job Description
- Able to Converse in Native Mandarin + Proficient English (Both Spoken & Written)
- Must possess at least SPM qualification in any field.
- Possess at least 1 yr customer service/ content moderator work experience is preferred.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply for this position.
- Willing to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift.
- Have no issue to work on public holiday and weekend (5 working days a week)
- Mature & analytical.
- High on team work and engagement.
- Have no issue to start work on early of December.
- Have no issue to work based at Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
- A text reviewer associate's role is to handle all chat from in-game and categorize to appropriate field.
- Reviewing online contents like comments/chats
- Updating the contents on the website
- Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work , Social Media platforms is a plus.
- Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/ countries.
24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break), 5 Days per week (Rotational Offday)
Working Location: Cyberjaya
Intake Date: Early of December
