Job Responsibility Handle all inbound calls, email and livechat in regarding to customers general inquiries. Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time. Handle customer s with professional manner to maintain customer s satisfaction Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI. Job Requirements Suitable for applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates Proficient in Mandarin and English, Cantonese will be an additional advantage Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type) Min 6 months of call center experience is required. Have no issue to work on Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Public Holiday Have no issue to based at Kuala Lumpur Able to join intake date: 2nd Jan 2024 Job Benifits Salary Package: RM4,000 to 4,500 + KPI Allowance EPF & SOCSO Training provided (With Basic Salary Given)
