• Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine is preferred. \xef\x82\xb7

• Advantage of having team management skill. \xef\x82\xb7
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require. \xef\x82\xb7
• Required Languages: Mandarin and English
• Working hour: 45 working hours per week \xef\x82\xb7
• Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day \xef\x82\xb7
• Service tips sharing among the team
• Have no issue to work at Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

TanggungjawabResponsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7

• Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly. \xef\x82\xb7
• Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and control business\'s operation. \xef\x82\xb7
• Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction. \xef\x82\xb7
• Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines. \xef\x82\xb7
• Plan and execute the deployment of service crew. \xef\x82\xb7
• Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards. \xef\x82\xb7
• Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events.
