Applicants should possess at least a qualification in SPM or above
Applicants is fluent in English, Traditional Mandarin and Cantonese. (Read, speak, type)
Willing to work in 24 hours rotational shift basis (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Applicants are committed to work in 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days basis. (Might be working on either public holiday or weekend)
Applicants are willing to work based in office at Subang Jaya.

Able to handle all inbound/outbound calls, live chat and emails from customers regarding the company\'s product and services.
Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI and SLA elements.
Manfaat
Salary package: RM 4700 Basic + KPI Allowance up to RM 300 + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm-6am)
