Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Able to speak Cantonese fluently
Proficiency in Traditional Mandarin and average English (verbal, read, typing)
Willing to commit on 5 working days (Monday-Friday)
Willing to work at 7:30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm (Rotation shift)
Willing to work at 9am \xe2\x80\x93 1pm (4 hours) on Saturday (If require)
Fixed Sunday as offday
Able to work in office Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)
Preferable to start working on 18 November 2024
Scopes:
Handling daily inbound calls, email, chat to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s services
Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
Handling multiple chat with multiple issue at the same time
Provide efficient service to troubleshoot technical problems
Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA
