Requirements:

• Highly proficient in both English & Mandarin & Cantonese (Plus Point)
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours rotational shift (80% required to work on the midnight shift, whereas 20% required to work on day/afternoon shift)
• Working schedule: 5 days/week on a rotational shift basis
• Possess a strong WIFI connection, and personal working space for the role
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Possess a good communication skills.
• Have no issue with both audio and video interpretation services.

• Working Location: Work from home (Permanently)For Mandarin speaking: Intake Date: 8/1, 22/1, 29/1, 26/2 & 18/3.
• For Cantonese speaking: Intake Date: 8/1, 29/1 & 18/3 (For RM5,000 Sign-On Bonus will be entitled for those Cantonese speaker who can join on 8th January 2024).

Scopes:

• The main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese- speaking persons.
• This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business. \xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x80\x8d
• Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
• Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.
