Job Responsibility Job Overview The main task of the interpreter is handling professional calls (e.g insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese- speaking persons. This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business. Responsibilities Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese. Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes. Job Requirements Highly proficient in both English & Mandarin & Cantonese (Plus Point) Have no issue to work on 24 hours rotational shift (Including 80% midnight shift, 20% day/afternoon shift Working schedule: 5 days/week on a rotational shift basis Possess a strong WIFI connection, and personal working space for the role Able to work well under pressure. Possess a good communication skills. Intake Date: January/February/MArch 2024 Job Benifits EPF, SOCSO, Medical, and Annual Leave where applicable Take home salary RM4,800 up to RM 5,500 Working Location: Work from home (Permanently)
