Possess Diploma or Degree qualification for the position.
Min 1 year of HR experience
Proficient in Employment Act, other requirements, procedures, rules and regulations of local authorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Possess a good learning attitude, committed, detailed-orientated and organized
Languages: Mandarin and English

Initiates the innovative HR programs, and practices to drive employee satisfaction, career development and retention
Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company\'s business objectives, in order to sustain company\'s culture and enhance employees\' engagement
Manage and coordinate performance review, compensation planning, employee handbook, employee onboarding and etc
