- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in the F&B is required
- Required Skills: Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Possess own transport.
- Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently & immediately.
- To lead a team of F&B service crew to ensure the quality standard and service
- All duties related to the Food and Beverage
- Receive guest upon their arrival and seat them accordingly
- Take orders and serve food and beverage to guest accordingly
- Setting up tables / arrange tables and dining utensils & cutlery
- Perform cashier duties - Attend to guest enquiries and complaints
- Maintain and ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept all the time
- To assist monthly F&B promotions
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: RM 4,500 (Subject to candidate\'s experiences & last withdrawn salary) + Sales Incentive + Full Attendance Allowance up to RM 200
- EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, Medical Leave
- Office Location: KL
- Reporting to: Restaurant Manager
- Attire: Smart Casual
