Job Responsibility Join us and showcase your expertise in the intricate fields of Repossession, Sale/Auction of vehicles! Oversee and uphold high standards in pre- and post-repossession handling. Assist with the development and improvement of departmental policies, procedures, and processes Play a pivotal role in policy enhancement, resolving repo agent issues, and providing performance coaching. Contribute to daily report review, pricing units for sale, and prompt reinstatements for customer unit return. Responsible for provision regarding final chance to be given to the borrower for repayment of loan before the sale / auction of the vehicle. Evaluate auction store yard performance, ensuring efficient sales through the resolution of delays or issues with external auction staff. Resolves any delays or issues with external auction staff to ensure sales occur in a timely manner. Job Requirements Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Microsoft Skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Normal working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Location: Petaling Jaya Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of Repossession experience will be prioritized. SPM Holders with at least 3 years of Repossession experience are welcome. Exceptional communication proficiency, encompassing mastery in negotiation. Preferred experience in repossessions and managing repo agents. Knowledgeable in internal and external tools and resources.
