Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Basic ability requirements: able to operate various conventional office software proficiently; have good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; bear hardships and stand hard work, have teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time, and obey the branch's arrangements.
• 3 years or more working experience in logistics warehousing management.
• Professional ability requirements: Familiar with import and export, logistics, and warehousing business, and be able to accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies, and regulations.
• Able to use English proficiently to write project-related documents and letters, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with customs clearance agency companies, complete the import and export customs clearance work involved in the branch and its affiliated projects, and assist in the review of related tax exemption declarations and tax exemption business.

• Assist in the overall planning of import and export plans for ships and other materials, cooperate with the implementation of business policies for the import and export of ships and other materials at each stage of the project, and provide professional advice.
• Responsible for organizing and providing various statistical data related to the import and export of ships and other materials, as well as summary and analysis, to provide a basis for the company's decision-making.
• Assist in optimizing material inventory management and carrying out material inspection.
• Coordinate and promote warehousing management work.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the branch.
