Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in this field and position would be preferred good communication and leadership skills.
• Languages: Mandarin and English.
• Familiarity with job posting sites, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and associates.
• Good time management and organizational skills to set priorities and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidential information, exercise sound judgment, and discretion.
• Knowledge of the relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Assist the full cycle of recruitment and implementation of policies, procedures and new practices.
• Exceed placement targets by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to better understand their needs and preferences.
• Master your industry specialization and stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Build and maintain a deep pool of qualified candidates within your specialization through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiations.
