Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years\' relevant experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of SQL accounting system would be an added advantage.
- Advance knowledge of bookkeeping procedure.
- Good interpersonal skill, committed, sense of urgency and responsible.
- Able to work independently, pleasant, self-discipline and self-motivated.
- Responsible to handle full sets of account and to meet monthly submission deadline with minimum supervision.
- Managing statutory financial accounts; P&L review, Balance Sheet review, intercompany reconciliation and monthly reporting performance analysis for Management.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
