Job Description


  • Experience: 3 - 5 years previous store manager experience in a retail service environment.
  • Preferably within the luxury retail industry.
  • Education: School Certificate or equivalent. Degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
  • Languages: Mandarin and English
  • Able to work on public holiday and weekend.
  • Able to commit to retail hours.
Responsibilities
  • The Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager demonstrates ownership for the store by maximising store productivity and profitability through teambuilding and staff development and goal attainment.
  • The Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager develops and plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and closely supports the Retail Manager to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.
  • The Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager leads by example, sets the tone for the store, and provides feedback to their team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable stores that exceed standards.
Benefits

Salary: Basic up to RM 5,000 Basic + RM 1200 Fixed Allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus _ 13th month bonus
