Job Description

Job Responsibility Supporting the team for the sales cycle, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, comprehensive proposals, performing product demonstration and customization, contract negotiation, and closing opportunities for telco solutions. Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the prospective client\'s needs with strong product and service demonstration and presentation skills and be able to communicate the product features and business value to prospects. Establish and maintain good business cooperation with major partners and other channels. Ability to understand the businesses\' needs and requirements and upsell and cross-sell on VAS solutions. Collaborate internally and manage the performance of projects. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring performance expectations are communicated and met. Coordinate with the technology team on the deliverables of the projects and must be hands-on to ensure the services are operated with no downtime or minimum interruption. Job Requirements Preferable Degree in Business Admin/ Marketing/ Information Technology or any relevant to business operation. At least 2 years of working experience in product development and management, key accounts management, and consulting functions. Preferable to have experience in the Telco or Digital Content Industry. Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as product management, technology, sales, and marketing including customer support. Proven track record in developing client or business partner relationships. Good in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English language. Good in business writing, commercial, and presentation slides. Candidates must be strongly interested in the telco and digital industry.
