Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience with min 2 years related experience in architectural, and interior design environments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
• Required Languages: Mandarin and English

• Lead team and conduct client meetings.
• Design construction documents and project management.
• Act as point of contact for all technical issues.
• Oversee the architectural production and meet client requirements.
• Write project plans, specifications, and related documents, and coordinate all phases of construction.
• Develop team plans and project scheduling.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings.
• Manage all project documentation.
• Collaborate with and evaluate all consultants and subcontractors.
• Act as point of contact for all technical issues.

• Working Location: Kota Damansara
• Salary up to RM 5500 + EPF + SOCSO + Annual Leave +Medical Leave
• Portfolio is needed for this role
• Business Nature: Our client specializes on architectural and Interior design and build consultancy in Malaysia since 2010.

• Kota Damansara, PJU 5, 47180 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

• Monday and Friday, 9am to 6pm
