• Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of showcasing successful commercial projects.
• Proven track record in both residential and commercial interior design projects is preferred.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Possess own transport

Tanggungjawab

• Able to create concept boards, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Able to produce 3D perspective visuals and conceptualizing to help clients visualise the final design concept.
• Develop full detailed interior design drawing sets, including space layouts, furniture selections, lighting plans, and materials specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to determine design goals, functional requirements, and budget constraints
• Source and select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that meet project requirements and align with the overall design vision,
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project executive and timely completion
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously enhance design offerings

• Salary package: RM4,000 to RM6,000 (Subject to experience)
