• Possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent

• Able to work in the Bukit Jalil area

Tanggungjawab

• To promote the sale of services and products available.
• To reply to messages in all social media platform and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, and services.
• To ensure customer satisfaction level is maintained high when they visit the branch.
• Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable customer service associate to address questions.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.
• Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
• To ensure personal and team sales targets are achieved.
• To champion and deliver the brand standard at all times.
• Reporting & completing task given by your direct supervisor.
• To perform as and when necessary, task given by management level.

Working Day & Time

• Working Days: 5 days a week (might need to work on Saturday and Sunday)
• Working Time: - 2 shifts, total 8 hours + 1 hour break - 10.00 am - 7 pm - 12.00 am - 9 pm
• Will entitle OT, if working overtime
