Familiar with national and enterprise laws, regulations and policies on contract management;
Possess strong communication skills and sense of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, meticulous and conscientious in work, and able to bear greater work pressure.
Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Responsibilities
Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training and performance review;
Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current;
Expatriate/Foreign worker management, which include visa application/renew, tax reporting and ensure expatriate remain in legal compliance;
Liaise with government agencies and consultants for related matter;
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees;
Team management and promote a positive company culture;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
