Job Description

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive in developing and implementing digital and offline marketing Initiatives and campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Good knowledge and experience of all different digital & offline marketing channels with marketing tools and best practices
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a startup\'s success
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities

DELIVER FINANCIAL * Align with the company business KPI to successfully deliver and exceed KPI target.

IMPROVE COMPANY GROWTH * Responsible for managing, testing and implementing marketing Initiatives to drive improvement in brand awareness, lead and demand generation, web conversion rate and all offline marketing campaigns.

• Actively analyze results and improve on the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven strategy and KPI focused analysis. Apply learnings across all marketing activities.
• Subject matter expert In leading and owning the effectiveness of EDM campaigns to provide the best experience to both B2B and B2C.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems with optimization set ups by following procedures and/or applying own judgement with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the conversion optimization by doing research and studies, and providing recommendations to aid in strategic decisions by the leadership team.
• Support new product rollout and Improve the adoption rate to provide the best employer and candidate experience in the recruitment journey.
• Lead Internal project as a key learning and development opportunity for excellent career development.
• Align and support Job Majestic\'s business strategies and execution plan as a crucial alignment In optimizing and Improving the company In becoming the best job site In the country and In the region.
