• Bachelor\'s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design, showcasing a robust portfolio highlighting project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and independently with minimal supervision

Tanggungjawab

• Generate innovative, creative, and trendy designs that align with clients\' requirements and budget constraints.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and visually appealing presentations based on clients\' specifications.
• Coordinate seamlessly between clients and all internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and handover.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion while meeting client expectations.
• Work independently, taking on responsibilities and tasks as required.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
