Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in the full spectrum of Human resources.
Have no issue of setup and implementing the Company SOP from scratch, such as employee handbook, employee welfare etc.
Familiar with internal recruitment (headhunting, cold-calling, interviewing)
In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts, and expertise
Knowledge and expertise related to HR policies, processes, and practices.
Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is required for this role
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in policy development and implementation
Have a sense of urgency, pro-activeness and good problem-solving skills to provide quick and efficient responses to near misses, accidents and emergencies.
Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities: ability to prioritize
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Have no issue to based at PJ Office. But has no issue to travel to KL office if needed.
Tanggungjawab
Lead on all day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure they are delivered in an operationally effective and efficient way.
Supporting the company in ensuring compliance with all regulatory (employment Law, immigration etc.) and internal governance requirements including tracking regulatory changes, driving internal policy/process changes, and achieving satisfactory internal/external audit outcomes.
To handle and advice business leaders and operations teams on the management of disciplinary issues, staff counseling, grievance handling, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local Labour Law.
Monitor and administer the execution of staff movement to be updated on timely manner i.e., expiry of contract, confirmation, transfer, resignation, probation confirmation to ensure the execution and documentations are in accordance with policies and procedures
Provide strong administrative support to support the overall efficiency and productivity for the company.
Develop, document, implement, monitor and review all HR policies, procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance culture and results oriented organization.
Supports the recruitment and selection of all staff for the company for the expansion of the business.
Manfaat
Basic Salary: RM 4,000 - 6,500 (Subject to candidate's experiences & last withdrawn salary)

Working Location: Jalan Ss 7/26, 47301 Petaling Jaya.
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Summary:
This is a new department which our client intends to setup. You will be setting p the SOP together with the Managing Director.
Their company headcount includes all sales staff, admin, lawyer, clerk, and account departments is around 40-50 pax. Based in PJ but might need to travel to KL office.
