Requirements

• Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Microsoft Skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Normal working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Location: Petaling Jaya
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of Repossession experience will be prioritized.
• SPM Holders with at least 3 years of Repossession experience are welcome.
• Exceptional communication proficiency, encompassing mastery in negotiation.
• Preferred experience in repossessions and managing repo agents.
• Knowledgeable in internal and external tools and resources.

• Oversee and uphold high standards in pre- and post-repossession handling.
• Assist with the development and improvement of departmental policies, procedures, and processes
• Play a pivotal role in policy enhancement, resolving repo agent issues, and providing performance coaching.
• Contribute to daily report review, pricing units for sale, and prompt reinstatements for customer unit return.
• Responsible for provision regarding final chance to be given to the borrower for repayment of loan before the sale / auction of the vehicle.
• Evaluate auction store yard performance, ensuring efficient sales through the resolution of delays or issues with external auction staff.
• Resolves any delays or issues with external auction staff to ensure sales occur in a timely manner.
