• Proficiency in both Mala y and English language.
• Expertise in the hijab market and Islamic fashion.
• A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail sector, with strong Public Relations skills and proven experience in leading a team
• Strong social media knowledge and experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
• Outgoing personality , Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with local cultural nuances and market dynamics in Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the Malaysian market.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities on platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach and increase sales.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify areas for product innovation and business growth.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees and liase with marketing team to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media outlets, and industry partners.
