Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in Marketing or Sales or equivalent qualifications.
Preferably five (5) years of experience in Marketing & Sales or similar roles in FMCG industry especially in baby products in their respective country.
Good understanding of the business requirements in Indonesia, i.e. local government regulations.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficient in English and in the Indonesian language (read, write and spoken)
Responsibilities
Responsible to manage all the business activities in Indonesia, which includes but not limited to the revenue, profit and business goals of the company.
Ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual targets are met in terms of revenue and profit.
Ability to analyze the marketing trend and assist to develop marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of the business.
Responsible for the recruitment and managing of all employees under his/her direct reporting and monitor the performance of the employees.
Responsible for all the daily office administration for the employees
To work with third-party partners/agents of the business, i.e. 3PL, advertising agency, etc.
To provide complete and timely business results reports a on daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
To ensure the brand is accurately represented and complies with all the local regulations.
